Any Questions?

What is BEAM.jobs?

BEAM.job is a marketplace application that aggregates gig job opportunities from companies in varied business verticals. BEAM.jobs distributes, manages and audits those jobs through a national network of independent contractors reducing friction in the current gig marketplace and creating order out of chaos for the ever expanding gig economy.

What problem does BEAM.jobs solve?

BEAM.jobs resolves significant challenges within the current gig jobs distribution structure for both the employers seeking workers to conduct the assignments and those independent contractors charged with fulfilling the contracted work. By curating gig jobs from multiple providers in various verticals, independent contractors are able to go to one source to create the  highest possible financial return in the most efficient manner possible. They have the ability at this single source to save time and resources by automating the job application process, location routing and travel expense recording. Gig job producers have the ability to distribute their job opportunities to an array of potential contractors throughout the nation at a single hub thereby reducing inefficiencies, improving quality control and automating the entire service experience.

Where did the BEAM.jobs idea come from?

BEAM.jobs is the direct result of an independent contractor working to improve their per hour earnings rate confronting the frustrations of a disjointed, inefficient and wasteful gig job distribution system that currently exists. Two years and 70,000 plus miles later while pursuing mobile gig opportunities has resulted in a clear understanding of the limitations of the current gig marketplace and emerged as a detailed solution and strategic plan to address those limitations.
